Hi! I am Josie and I am the Director of The Skin and Health Hub, I am a qualified Dermal Therapist and a passionate advocate for long-term, evidence based skin health.

I hold an Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science and Laser Safety Officer Certification through AACDS and I am currently growing my qualifications in Cosmetic Chemistry and my Bachelor of Health Science in Aesthetics. I am currently a Registered Aesthetic Practitioner (ARAP) with APAN and I am an Associate Member of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians, which keeps my practice aligned with the highest standards in science, ethics, and clinical care.

My career began in emergency healthcare, working as an EMT in the United States. It was there I developed a love for anatomy and holistic patient care. That same curiosity and dedication to understanding the human body is what led me into the field of dermal science after experiencing my own skin concerns and feeling overwhelmed with misinformation.

With several years of hands-on experience and award-winning clinic ownership, I've dedicated my practice to helping others make sense of their skin. My approach is centered on education, customised treatment plans, and results-driven care that prioritises skin health, not quick fixes.
